Food/Cocktail Runner

Bartender

Server

Line Cook

Looking to hire a professional Line Cook to prepare food to the exact chef’s specifications and to set up stations for menu. Candidate will plate dishes and to complete food prepping tasks.

Barback

The Barback’s role is to ensure that bartenders have everything they need during service for the success and smooth running of a busy, high-energy bar. A basic knowledge of wine and liquor is essential to this position. Ideal candidates should be energetic, enthusiastic and must be able bodied; ability to comfortably lift 20 or more pounds, as the role can be physically demanding.

Prep Cook

Busser
